As May comes to an end, summer is in full swing! To me,?June holds the energy of joy?as a time when we can embrace the opportunities for play, adventure, and connection. What Will You Focus On This Summer?As we turn the calendar to a new month, it's time to take stock of where we are! We are almost halfway through the year, making this the perfect time to?reflect on our goals and dreams?to determine where we are on the path to achieving them.

?Take a few moments to sit down with a journal and ask yourself:

• What do I want out of life? What is my vision, and where do I want to go?
• What goals do I have for myself this year? What have I done to achieve these goals so far?
• What else would I like to accomplish by the end of the year?
• What moments of transformation or clarity have I experienced this year?
• What have I learned about myself this year?
• What am I ready to change or let go of? What opportunities am I ready to take?

Reflecting on these questions will help you?open to the adventure of learning more about yourself and creating a life that you love.?In addition, to help you embrace the summer energy of fun and play, and lean into what is important for you this summer, I've created a spiritual summer word search.

Healing Spotlight: Shamanic Healing Sessions

Shamanic Healing combines the?ethereal healing energy of Usui Reiki?with the?grounding, earthy energy of Shamanic Techniques. In 90-120 minutes sessions, we will use various Shamanic techniques including sound healing with drums and rattles, energy clearing techniques, guided journeys for deeper healing, and Shamanic Reiki. ?

By connecting with the spiritual team that surrounds and supports you in each moment, we are able to?complete powerful healing and experience lasting transformation. ?

Depending on your needs, sessions can include things like?Chakra Analysis, entity removal, clearing negative energies, and more.?Together, we will find the root source of your discomfort and release it using powerful healing techniques.
