Jimmy Kinneally, Associate CSM at Singletrack outlines what a typical day at Singletrack looks like for him and a bit about how he spends his time outside of work!
"A typical working day begins with game planning and taking notes for the day's client meetings. Then I'll join our daily CSM standup call to talk through my main priorities for the day, in addition to tasks / config I've been working on throughout the week. Throughout the day, I will meet with my clients to gauge their usage of the product and speak with users to answer any product questions they may have. I truly enjoy having the ability and autonomy to have in-depth conversations with my clients about what works, what doesn't work, and how we might be able to address pain points with our product's features and flexibility.
Outside of work I keep myself very active. I love a sunrise surfing session in my hometown of Manasquan NJ, and when in the city, I spend my time training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at my local gym. You could very well also find me skateboarding down 42nd Street through Times Square to get to and from the office!"
