The Product Questions Module???
This feature allows you to reach customers at key points in the purchasing process. Customers can submit product questions via the Product Page and you can provide responses via the Control Panel. Providing customers with detailed product information can help reduce cancellations.??

IFMA on the Road
FMA’s Vice President of Business Development John Merritt attended Kia’s meeting for southern region dealers in Tampa this past quarter. IFMA is proud of its outstanding partnership with Kia, and John acknowledged this meeting as an excellent opportunity for face time with dealers and the field.??
Kia dealers got real-time answers about the suite of IFM products and proved to be an excited and inquisitive audience.??
Mason Green, one of IFMA’s account managers on the Accounts team, and Parker Rhodes, one of IFMA’s dealer strategists, went to Las Vegas to attend Subaru’s National Business Conference. They had the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of retailers, from those just discovering IFM's services to long-time partners.??
The interactions revealed some interesting insights, including great engagement from currently enrolled Subaru retailers regarding their SimplePart program performance as well as prospective retailers’ interest in how our ads work and how they are differ from keyword searches they're used to with other vendors.
