Sports Facilities Fund (SFF) supports capital projects that create or improve places where people take part in sports and physical activity. Supported projects?provide opportunities for people to get involved in and participate in sports & physical activity.?
Awards of up to £100,000 are available for sports facility projects within clubs and?communities, schools and?education or performance sports environments.??
Trustees make grants of between £500 and £5000 to enable weavers to:?- purchase special equipment to pursue their craft in a creative manner.?- enjoy a sabbatical period to reassess the creative nature of their work.?- undertake a specific project or projects in furtherance of their craft which might not normally be possible.?- develop the craft in any other way in which the Trustees, at their absolute discretion, think fit.?
The Craft Pottery Charitable Trust?-?The Ceramin Art?Grants?***Closes 15 Jan 2023
The Ceramic Art: Grants to Artists program supports studio-based ceramic practices and curatorial research in contemporary studio ceramics. Grants cover direct expenses for a period of independent research, creation, and production of artworks for public exhibitions or the development of prototypes and promotional material.?The maximum grant amount that you can receive from this program is £1,000.
Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC) -?Feasibility Funding?***Closes 9 Feb 2023
The IBioIC's Feasibility Funding provide members with the opportunity to tap into the expertise of Scotland’s academics to assist with a biotech-focused proof of concept study to support a future funding application for a larger-scale research work programme. Feasibility projects should focus on innovative applications of industrial biotechnology and address a real market need or commercial opportunity through collaborative knowledge exchange and research between industry members and at least one of Scotland’s talented higher education institution (HEI) research teams.
The Investing in Enterprise Fund offers?blended grant and loan investment?to eligible social enterprises, community organisations and charities. The fund can invest between £10,000 and £250,000 per organisation; up to 25% (£62,500) of this can be in the form of a non-repayable grant and the remainder a repayable loan.
RSA funding is designed to support projects that will help create jobs and a greener economy. If your company is in need of at least £100,000 in grant funding, check your eligibility and start the application process today.
Scottish Enterprise -?Green Heat Hub Grand Challenge?***Closes 18 Nov
This challenge encourages industry, academic and third sector organisations to develop project proposals for a ‘green heat hub’ that will help position Scotland as a leading location in Europe for green heat manufacturing. Each successful consortium will be awarded a grant of up to £75,000 to help towards the completion of the project proposal.

Funding is available to help support the presentation at the Fringe of new or existing artistically ambitious work with strong onward potential as part of the Made in Scotland Showcase. All applicants should be considering their international ambitions for the show being presented.?

The Scottish Government -?The Clean Energy Transition Partnership?***Closes?23 Nov
Funding is available to help innovative companies accelerate the transition to clean energy in Scotland. This will help make sure that as many Scottish companies as possible are involved in new clean energy solutions, which will help Scotland to move toward net zero carbon emissions.?The grant will support up to 40% of costs for a large company and up to 50% for a small or medium sized company (SME).
Creative Scotland -?Go See Fund 2023?***Closes?29 Nov
Go See Share is a small fund for individuals, organisations and creative businesses to explore new ways to expand their business activity and make them more financially sustainable.
The aim of this support is to help recipients to undertake trips or remote meetings allowing them to gain knowledge and insight, build relationships at events or other types of visits and then to share this knowledge back in Scotland.
£3,000 funding per person is available to local businesses in the Stirling area.?This funding can be used to help existing employees who are 'underemployed to progress within the workplace. Eligibility criteria: ? Have a child under 1 ? Be a lone parent ? Have a disability or a child with a disability ? Have 3 or more children ? Be a parent under the age of 25 ? Be from an Ethnic minority background.
The Scottish Land Fund supports rural and urban communities to become more resilient and sustainable through the ownership and management of land and land assets. The fund offers grants of between £5,000 and £1 million to help communities take ownership of the land and buildings that matter to them, as well as practical support to develop their aspirations into viable projects. It is funded by The Scottish Government and delivered in partnership with The National Lottery Community Fund and Highlands and Islands Enterprise .
This is a research and development (R&D) grant for small and medium-sized businesses that aims to support high risk, highly ambitious projects. It covers conducting feasibility studies to show how ideas could work in the real world and supports activities that have a commercial endpoint.
The Zero Emission Mobility Innovation Fund (ZEMIF) provides discretionary grants to Scottish-based companies to help them manufacture and deploy components, systems and vehicles that will help to reduce the carbon emissions of heavy duty vehicles (HDVs) in Scotland and globally.
Scottish Enterprise -?Low Carbon Manufacturing Challenge Fund?***Closes?31 March 2026
The Low Carbon Manufacturing Challenge Fund helps Scottish manufacturing companies that wish to pursue business growth by developing low carbon products, processes or services. This may be achieved through pure research and development (R&D), capital investment or environmental aid support.
The Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) provides employers in Scotland who are UK Apprenticeship Levy-payers with flexible workforce development training opportunities within the high-quality learning environments available in Scotland’s colleges. It is also open to SMEs across the private, public and third sectors.
Eligible employers can use the FWDF to address priority skills gaps in their organisation by accessing up to £15,000 in funding to create tailored training programmes with their local college.
This fund offers grants of between £1000 and £10,000 to businesses in the Falkirk council area that need to rethink their model of delivery or refocus their efforts to help them grow.
Grants of up to £5,000 are available for businesses located in the Falkirk Council area to help them make environmental improvements in the local community through projects, clean-up events and prevention measures.
This fund aims to encourage commercial interest and investment to maximise Scotland's vast potential in the low carbon sector, while contributing to the positive progress in reducing Scotland's greenhouse gas emissions.
Screen Scotland is aiming to support the?growth of the screen sector through increased funding and support for film and television production, an increase in specialist staff and further investment in skills, festivals, audiences and education. Open funds include:?Film Development and Production Fund, Broadcast Content Fund, Production Growth Fund, Professional Development Fund, Film Festivals Fund, Distribution and Exhibition Fund, Market and Festival Attendance Fund
