GRI UK & Europe Reunion 2024 Highlights

On February 21st and 22nd, the Four Seasons Hotel in London hosted the GRI UK & Europe Reunion 2024, bringing together over 200 top voices from the UK and European real estate sector. The event was a melting pot of senior leaders and experts’ insights, trends, and forecasts.

Attendees then delved into strategic discussions on office investments, liquidity, and asset management, expressing cautious optimism and a preference for value-added strategies for 2024.

Looking Ahead: Chairmen’s Predictions & Breakout Sessions

The second day started with Chairmen’s Predictions by GRI Club Chairman Henri Alster, sharing concerns and outlooks for 2024, followed by in-depth breakout sessions on various topics, including ESG, technology, BTR, alternative assets, hospitality growth, refinancing, and the evolving landscape of office use and investment.

AI in Real Estate: Demystifying the Hype

Josh Panknin from Columbia University shared critical advice on navigating AI in real estate, emphasizing the need for clear understanding, ethical considerations, and the role of regulation. His insights are a must-read for anyone looking to grasp the real impact of AI on the industry.
