Welcome to PROSPER.
Why Prosper?
According to the Meriram-Webster dictionary, to PROSPER is to succeed in a defined enterprise or activity, to become strong and flourishing. Yet as women, “prospering” continues to feel like an elusive goal, often just outside the reach of our fingertips. Why is this??
There is robust data about the strides women are making worldwide. From 2022 to 2023 there has been an 18% increase in female CEOs in fortune 500 companies, so now more than 10% are run by women1. There is compelling evidence that increasing the number of women on a team improves performance and financial success2. We are celebrating 50 years since the passage of Title IX. Women now make up the majority percentage of medical school matriculants (53.8%)3. However, many early career and mid-level women view women in leadership similar to a queen in a high mountain castle-powerful, successful but isolated and cut off from those below her. Many feel they don’t have the skills, support, or stamina to reach those same achievements and according to Harvard Business Review, “role incredulity” continues to play a major role across many professional arenas4.?
From the soccer field at Clemson University, to caring for the most vulnerable infants in the operating rooms at Stanford University, and becoming a partner in the leading human performance company, the Liminal Collective - I have consistently seen women participating in arenas designed by men, for men. While many women succeed in these environments, PROSPER was founded to help women, their allies, and their organizations develop the skills, support and stamina to empower all women. We will work tirelessly to help evolve the environments, conversations, and communities, to allow all to PROSPER.?
I have assembled a team of world leading experts in performance, mindset, resiliency, recovery, leadership, and community with backgrounds in sports, human performance, medicine, technology, business, and government; to help women and organizations navigate their paths forward. Embracing nature, spirituality, and connection we can learn how to continually fill our plates and create room for more. By creating wholistic performance programming designed by and for women, we can continue to affect and accelerate change for women, enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.
Join us and let's PROSPER!
