WGEA's 2024 Gender Equality Scorecard presents the key insights from 7,414 employer reports submitted to the Agency earlier this year.
It shows what these employers were doing in the lead-up to WGEA publishing employer gender pay gaps for the first time. The good news is that many were taking action. 68% of employers that report to WGEA conducted a gender pay gap analysis to find out what was causing their gender pay gap. Of those, 75% acted on the data they found.
