From the Founder’s Desk
In the ever-polarizing world of nutrition, where binary thinking often overshadows nuanced truths, Dr. David Katz brings a refreshing perspective on understanding health data. In his latest article, Dr. Katz tackles the common refrain "correlation isn’t causation" with a blend of wit and wisdom, challenging us to look beyond simplistic interpretations of scienti?c data.
He explores how, sometimes, the links between our diet and health are not only correlative but undeniably causal, with clear, actionable implications.
