Over the past few weeks, our 8 new team members have been dedicatedly progressing through their New Hire training courses. By combining classroom learning with hands-on experience, they’ve been honing new skills that will be directly applied in the field.
At Master-Lee, every newly hired employee undergoes comprehensive training at our Latrobe office in Pennsylvania. Once the group sessions are complete, each new hire is assigned to their specific division where they will apply their skills in real-world scenarios. These divisions include:
But the learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. In the field, our employees receive continuous mentorship, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to refine their skills. They are constantly learning, with regular opportunities to develop new competencies and take on increasingly complex challenges. Additionally, all employees have the chance to be cross-trained in other disciplines, further expanding their skill sets and enhancing their versatility. This ongoing learning process ensures that our team members are always growing and evolving to meet the demands of the industry.
