Welcome to our fourth edition of The Bluebird Monthly, summer has quickly approached and we begin to enter the warmer weather. Join us in reading July's newsletter, where we explore things to do this summer in our community and attending the Bluebird Care Awards.
At Bluebird Care Newcastle, South Tyneside, Darlington and York we offer premium home care services which are rated Outstanding and Good (respectively) by our regulators, CQC. We have four services which we offer, which is limited within the care industry. These four services are; Domiciliary Care, Live-in Care, End of Life Care and Complex Care.

We held a masterclass for students at Newcastle College
This masterclass was specifically tailored for Level 2 and 3 learners studying health and social care, providing them with valuable insights and practical experiences to enhance their understanding and readiness for a career in the care industry.?
The masterclass was an excellent opportunity for learners to gain real world insights and practical skills directly from industry professionals. It was fantastic to see their enthusiasm and engagement throughout the day?- Rob Mackins, Bluebird Care Training, Quality and Compliance Manager?

Domiciliary Care
Our domiciliary care services continue to be embedded throughout the communities we serve, receiving amazing feedback from our customers. Live in Care
Interest in our live-in care service is on the rise. Many enquiries reflect careful consideration of the benefits of live-in care compared to care homes and other alternatives. Families appreciate the continuous, personalized support that allows their loved ones to remain in familiar surroundings.
Complex Care
Our complex care service remains a crucial part of our clients' lives, enabling them to maintain their independence at home. This service supports individuals with intricate health needs, ensuring they receive the specialised care required to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
End of Life Care
Our end of life care team continues to be as responsive as ever. With discharge times shortening, our customers are able to return to their place of comfort more swiftly. The team's dedication ensures that customers receive compassionate and timely care during these critical moments.
