Join us in welcoming our new MpiloTech Graduates!!!

This is to officially celebrate, introduce and welcome our 2023 graduates to our Mpilo Technologies (Pty) Ltd family. Following a rigorous selection process and over 400 applications later, we are pleased to introduce you to our top candidates - Britney Cornish, Cody Smith, Kefiloe Moshoaliba, Mathilda Shongwe , Sebabatso Moleele, Teboho Ramoleta, and Philasande Ngwenya.

Besides the technical knowledge to be gained, our goal is also to help you grow from a graduate to a professional. This year-long project is equally in line with our company’s sense of purpose, which is to make a significant impact on unemployment in South Africa by creating a thousand jobs in the digital transformation realm within the next five years;” says CEO Denzil Fillis .

The 2023 Graduate candidates will undergo a series of technical and soft-skills training to equip them with the necessary skills that will enable them to thrive in a demanding world of enterprise software development.

I am equally comfortable that our graduates will work within MpiloTech’s vibrant team of Techslayers” says Software Development Manager, Tabane Thoka .

Under the mentorship of a Development Team Lead, the graduates will be required to amongst others:

• Learn how our in-house system works - includes training you will receive
• Learn the technologies that build up the new platform that we are currently building
• Develop solutions to complete various work items from start to finish.
