WOW! Look how fast the year has gone. I hope you've been checking off your goals for the year and learning great lessons and values from efforts that didn't yield expected results, either way, it's a win win!

Today, I'll like to encourage you to take a little time to review your goals and focus mainly on establishing the "WHY" factor.

The "WHY" - which is The REASON behind what you want to accomplish is always a great boost and motivation to keep you going until you get "THERE".

The need to establish the "WHY" for your vision and goals is important because without a strong compelling "WHY", the temptation to give up could be overwhelming at challenging times.

What is your "WHY"? Just imagine the possibilities of achieving that dream so you can fulfil your "WHY".

Stay focused, stay motivated, stay inspired and keep moving forward. No matter how slow you go, you will eventually arrive as long as you keep moving.
