Welcome to the New Year...
2025 is here, and with it comes a blank slate for what the year will bring. For my first post of the year, I wanted to start by thanking all my 2024 clients, and the agents that referred so many of them to me.
2024 was a tough year in many ways, with inventory low and rates higher than people were used to... but it was a good year overall. I hope it was a good one for you as well.
So what will 2025 bring to us? Will 2025 be the year that inventory increases, rates drop, investors start selling properties, what will it bring? What changes will occur in the real estate market? What will the economy do?
Well, no matter what happens we need to bear down and help buyers get their new home, and for my part, the mortgage side, I am excited for all the people I will help in 2025. So here are the five things I commit to do for all my clients...
