Some of our favourite and iconic brands have had their wings clipped and, literally, can't fly. Loved ones have been lost, whole communities housebound, and the economy is facing into one of history's biggest downturns.

But innovation isn’t something new to us Kiwis. 

Throughout this, we have led the way, in every way, on a global stage - the leadership from the government, the humanity and kindness we've shown to each other as we embrace our bubbles, and the number of community initiatives and businesses that came together show what we're made of.

We are in the new normal. And there is no need to turn back.

Here at People Labs we have been thinking about what this means for the communities and organisations we support. We're on a mission to help New Zealand get back to work as quickly and safely as possible to environments that reflect the new normal.
