In this newsletter, I will provide valuable resources, including articles, videos, and podcasts, to help you improve your negotiation skills and gain the confidence and knowledge you need to succeed. I will also share expert insights and perspectives on the latest negotiation trends and provide specific, effective negotiation and conflict resolution strategies tailored to different situations.

As a corporate counsel and award-winning professor with extensive experience in the business, healthcare, and academic sectors, I am uniquely qualified to provide valuable insights and advice on negotiation. I have successfully negotiated agreements across various business and healthcare sectors and have trained individuals with varying levels of negotiation prowess to become better negotiators. I am also a certified transformational mediator and Fulbright Scholar with expertise in healthcare law and negotiations.

Additionally, I will address the unique challenges women and persons of color face during negotiations and provide specific strategies and advice for these individuals. I will highlight the significance of diversity and inclusion in the negotiation process. From time to time, this newsletter will feature a healthcare spotlight to provide research-based strategies and tips for negotiating in the healthcare space.
