• The automation market is growing – Gartner estimates that RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has become a market worth over $2 billion in the past couple of years. According to the research firm, enterprises could triple the capacity of their RPA capabilities throughout 2024 as they look to inject more automation into their operations.
• Power Automate launches process mining – Although launched just a few weeks ago, on August 1st, this tool has already begun to empower organizations to gain deep insights into their processes, leveraging out-of-the-box recommendations to streamline operations and drive continuous improvements through automation and low-code apps.

• Increased AI integration – According to Semrush, AI's forecasted annual growth rate between 2020 and 2027 is 33.2%. That’s a big jump. Part of that AI uptake will mean intelligent automation will be integrated into various products and services, making them more user-friendly and personalized.
