The month of October is becoming the Month of Scrum for us.
It's a time to celebrate how far we've come in Agile adoption, but also to look ahead at where we'd like to be next - Almost like a company-wide review!
We've asked people to nominate across several categories, including:
- Product Owner of the Year
- Scrum Master of the Year
- Most Innovative Product
This is a great opportunity for people to reflect on why they'd like to nominate a specific person or product, and to think about what makes them the most worthy of the Agile Crown for that category.
A lot of the time, Agile is sold on productivity increase, and that alone, which detracts from why it was developed to begin with. If I could distill it right down, I would say it comes down to: Impress your customer. Work with people, as people.
Impress your customer. Work with people, as people.
Alongside these Awards, we're looking at sharing information, creating interactive workshops for people to get involved in, learning from each other, and just shouting about the best bits of Agile working!
How do you celebrate Agile working where you are? Let me know in the comments.
