The vibe is optimistic, thanks to a stable economy and a push towards working across borders. Interest rates are holding steady, making it easier for companies to grow and join forces. Plus, there's a big push to be more eco-friendly and make sure we’re investing in the right places.

As we move through 2024, technology is helping us make smarter, faster decisions in merging companies.
