I've been a creator on LinkedIn ever since 2017 when I uploaded my first video detailing my social anxiety progress and mental health discovery journey.
Throughout the process, I started a top 100 podcast, became a professional speaker, author, and raised myself to unbelievable levels of success and connection.
2020 was a rocky year. And let's be honest so has 2021.
It turns out COVID-19 wasn't the only pandemic occurring behind the scenes. We saw increased rates of mental health issues across all populations of people and really another epidemic in the making...
My goal with this newsletter is to democratize, distribute, and make commonplace many practices to ultimately improve how your brain functions, decrease anxiety, improve focus & happiness, and connect & collaborate with our fellow community members at large.
