As we welcome a new month and a lineup of exciting projects spearheading your organisation forward, it's a great time to reflect on and review how we are showing up in our leadership and assess whether we are achieving the impact we intended to at the start of the year.

One of the most common stalling points I observe for leaders as they explore their effectiveness and move to the next level of decision-making is their struggle to define what to let go of, what to pull back on, and what to start.?

To be an effective leader, you need to be able to set effective boundaries to maximise impact and protect yourself. Ultimately, you can't do everything, so what you invest your time in must be carefully selected.?
