As a professional who has had the pleasure of holding senior leadership roles throughout my career (and surviving toxic workplaces), I’ve had the opportunity to observe, test, and lead powerful initiatives across companies that impacted the culture, growth, and outlook of teams across industries.

As a Leadership Development Coach, my goal is to create leaders that spark change across the workplace through exercising emotional intelligence, compassion, conflict resolution, and advocacy skills.

During the fall of 2022, a major dream came true. I was given the opportunity to partner with LinkedIn to build a course that supports new managers during the first 90 days in the role.

In this course, I share my experiences and provide examples that you can easily follow and quickly incorporate into your new, current, or future management role.

I also dive into topics such as leading with intention, building relationships, developing trusts, and so much more.
