Nitro will be exhibiting at TTG Rimini, Italy.

We are pleased to announce that our team members, Carla Chiericallo and Zorana Ignjatic, will be attending TTG Rimini, Italy from 9th to 11th October 2024.

Carla, who is Italian, brings a deep understanding of the local market, making this event an opportunity for Nitro to connect with more Tour Operators and DMC's in Italy. Nitro already has a presence in Italy, and this will be an opportunity to present our software solutions to a wider audience of Italian companies, understand their specific needs, and support their business growth.

Additionally, as we operate on a global scale and TTG attracts participants from outside Italy, we are keen to meet with international Tour Operators to discuss how our solutions can meet their needs.

?? Celebrating Zorana’s 5 Years as a Valued Team Member at Nitro ??

We are delighted to celebrate a significant moment for Zorana, our dedicated Senior Account Manager, as she has completed five years with Nitro this month.

Throughout her time with us, she has consistently demonstrated strong commitment and professionalism, playing a key role in supporting both new and existing customers, and ensuring they receive exceptional service. Her involvement in major travel fairs and proactive approach to always going the extra mile have made a lasting and positive impact on our team.

Reflecting on her journey with Nitro, Zorana shared: "Making a transition from a lifelong career in tourism to travel tech was nothing short of exciting. As always in life, I grew the most through the challenges. Helping people to quickly realize the true value of Nitro and fully adopt it is something that brings the ultimate satisfaction. I’m happy to have been a part of Nitro's growth during those five years, and I’m looking forward to more growth and more challenges in the future."

Feature: Pre-loadable Miscellaneous Services and Enhancements.

We have a? feature in our platform that allows to pre-load services under Miscellaneous suppliers. This enhancement enables to filter price searches by supplier keywords, making it easier to find specific services, such as for example "Personal Trainer," within Miscellaneous options.

Keywords can be added when creating or modifying a supplier, simplifying the search process. Additionally, what was previously known as "Manual services" has been renamed to "Miscellaneous," while retaining the same flexibility in rates. We have also included an option to "Show time on voucher". This update aims to provide a more efficient and customised experience for our users.

Feature : Third-Party Supplier

With Nitro, you can make bookings through third-party suppliers, which are similar to regular suppliers and customers, and provide essential services that enable tour operators to offer comprehensive travel experiences to their clients.

In Nitro all booking correspondence will be handled by the third-party provider, but it will remain hidden from the customer.?

This feature makes it simpler to work with third-party suppliers, allowing you to offer more services to your clients while keeping your workflow smooth and efficient.
