Launching our 3 Year Strategy - A Neuroinclusive Future

We delighted to share our new three-year strategy and business plan aimed at revolutionising the employment prospects for neurodivergent individuals within the insurance and investment sector. The unveiling of this strategic roadmap, launched at the Old Bailey on the 9th May marked a significant milestone in our mission to foster neuroinclusion and create a more diverse and equitable workplace environment. Advocating for Neuroinclusion in Parliament

On 13th May, the GAIN team were invited to the Insurance and Financial Services All Party Parliamentary Group to share our new strategy.? We were joined by Sir Robert Buckland KBE MP, our Honorary President, sharing the recommendations from the Buckland Review into Autism Employment.

  • describe approaches to EDI considering Consumer Duty 2022, CII Professional Standards – Code of Ethics, and CII Chartered Status
  • explain and apply approaches at an individual, team, and organisational level to develop an EDI strategy.
