Welcome to the July 360

I am a digital entrepreneur and the founder of Digital360.mobi a digital agency with a difference. It turns out it is quite a big difference, so much so, that it has become our USP!

This monthly communication is designed to give you a 360 on what we do by focussing on the amazing partners we get to work with.

This month, I want to talk about Olwyn Young and The Pinnacle Football Academy. Olwyn with her partner Luan Payne, have created a fantastic new business using their skills as qualified football coaches.

Football coaching academies for young people have become an important part of society in recent years. Many parents see these academies as a way to provide their children with a focus and a direction, as well as teaching them discipline and self-care. In addition, the children who attend these academies often have the hope of having a glittering career playing professional football. While not all of them will achieve this goal, the majority of them will learn valuable life skills that will help them in whatever path they choose to take.

There are many different football coaching academies across the country, and each one has its own unique approach to teaching the game. However, all of them share a common goal: to help young people learn about the sport of football and to develop their skills so that they can eventually play at a high level.

As a design company, we were very keen to be involved with this project as it very directly helps the younger members of our community. So this was very much a project with a difference for us. From the outset they needed our help in creating the following;

2. A Website
3. Professional photography
4. Instagram
5. Printed flyers

We had a limited timeframe for the delivery of the work as the end of the school term was fast approaching, and they wanted to do their recruiting in plenty of time for the new season.

It is an understatement to say they were over the moon with what we designed and the overall level of service we provided for them.

Our web designer Vera Scarce was responsible for the design direction and the build of the website, brand and the printed flyers. She really enjoyed working on the project as it allowed her to explore and develop new skills in developing the back-end of the site.

The benefits of attending Pinnacle football coaching academy go beyond simply learning how to play the game. The academy also provide an opportunity for young people to socialise with others who have similar interests. This can be extremely beneficial for children who may not have many friends outside of school or who live in isolated communities.

Overall, Pinnacle provide a number of benefits for young people. They offer much more than the physical training side, there are important intangible benefits like building the mental health of young people by giving them the personal confidence to interact positively with their peers. These are life-long lessons that will benefit them in any career they end up perusing.
