Nestled in a rock house on a mountain by the beach, I’ve been preparing for a new journey that I’m excited to share with you today.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of a series of gatherings where we’ll explore a topic I’ve passionately researched over the past years. We’ll delve into how the convergence of next-generation technology, culture, organizational models, and business paradigms will completely transform the way we work, live, and relate to each other. I’ve long spoken about the digital tsunami, predicting how our industrial-era society would be disrupted by this wave of innovation. This foresight led me to initiate movements like Agile Brasil and Startup Brasil, helping people and organizations adapt to thrive in this new era.
