Risk Management is going through a process of identification, assessment and analysis, to then make action to reduce risk impact and increase positive outcomes.?

First we gotta let that anxiety creep in a little bit:?

  1. What are all the things that could possibly happen and under what circumstances would they?happen?
  2. What are the consequences that could result from the occurrence?
  3. How likely are the consequences of that occurrence?

Once we identify all the potential risks your workers face, it's time to see if you're already doing everything you can to make sure the risk is small.

Even if you're meeting legislation requirements, it's better to avoid an incident with effective safety solutions, than deal with the repercussions of an incident.?

Creating or revisiting your Risk Management Plan is great step to implement these effective Safety Solutions.?

The below resource covers A through Z of risk identification, assessment, analysis, treatment and mitigation.?Check it out!
