Welcome.

In 2021, I set out to figure out what AI is.

It was the new buzzword that it seemed like everyone was asking me about in marketing campaigns. "How are we using AI?" was the common question they asked.

So, I connected to academia mid-career, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The HBAP program really saw the future and how current tech was reshaping things and demanded a new emerging leadership and culture. I was all in! (& proudly fulfilled a goal to return to school after the kids were older;)

Hands down, the most rigorous challenge I've taken on. We dove deep into AI, culture, people, all under the framework of 'digital transformation'. I confidently understand AI on the other side now and how it amplifies our work and opportunity.

This is my give forward. I've aspired to share some of these key strategies, frameworks and case lessons as insight and thought-starters. They've really helped change the way I think.

For the past year since completing the program, I've worked very close as a 'data interpreter', helping to empower decision makers directly leveraging analytics and AI.

Here, the impact I think I can offer is sharing how I've applied a few inspiring case examples into my marketing work. In addition to my marketing role, these have also provided interesting parenting aha moments, small business marketing tips & fuel to middle school imagination over here.

The case lessons transcend and I hope that if you're a marketer, small business, parent, student, or general curious person, that you may find a thought-starter here.
