Welcome to IDeaS' Latest Interns Turned Full-Time Team Members!

We are proud of our robust internship program here at IDeaS! We’ve been featured twice on WayUp’s Top 100 Internship Programs List and for good reason! Not only do our interns gain valuable experience through their work, they also sharpen their professional skills through programs and exercises aimed to create a well- rounded experience. Our executive-hosted coffee chats, mock interview sessions, and intern team meetings empower our interns to carry themselves as professionals with confidence. All interns help propel our organization forward by completing a project tailored to their skills and interests.

We have a long-standing history of welcoming back past interns as full-time team members! Clair Dunham and Cody Perkins are our last interns turned full-time team members. Please join us in welcoming them to the #IDeaSFam!

Clair just returned from a two-month backpacking trip in Europe, where she took the opportunity to go paraglided through the Swiss Alps! Clair says she was excited to continue working with us as our Associate Communications Specialist because “the internship program was spectacular, a true indicator that IDeaS appreciates all their team members, no matter their tenure.”

Cody completed his internship remotely and felt so welcomed and at-home in his team and the IDeaS community that he was excited to stick around for more! Cody is an innovator with a Ph.D. in History, and he continues to bring his creativity and curiosity into his new role as our Instructional Systems Designer.
