Since the start of the 2024–2025 academic year, I’ve had the privilege of leading this initiative, witnessing moments that have strengthened our community of students, alumni, organizations, and Advantere staff.

These experiences are not just milestones; they are shaping leaders who will challenge the status quo, reimagine business, and create lasting change.

At Advantere School of Management, education is more than acquiring knowledge, it’s about fostering ethical leadership, building connections, and driving innovation for a better future.

This year, we’ve celebrated key achievements, including the inauguration of Campus Arrupe, a Society of Jesus initiative. This dynamic space is home to Advantere School of Management, an institution founded by Universidad de Deusto and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, with Georgetown University as its strategic academic partner.

As Father Arturo Sosa S.J. reminded us at the campus blessing, “We are called to collaborate, to work in a network, and to generate synergies that allow us to offer better service.”

Campus Arrupe embodies this vision, reinforcing our commitment to innovative, purpose-driven education with social impact.

We’ve also reached important milestones: a 91% employability rate for our students and the CFA accreditation for our Máster in Finance, strengthening our commitment to excellence and real-world impact.

These achievements reaffirm our commitment to innovative, socially responsible education rooted in Ignatian and therefore Jesuit leadership, highlighting discernment, deep reflection, and commitment to service to others.
