Last week we hosted one of our beloved fireside chats with great panelists:

The panel discussed survival in a bear market and how to prepare your D2C brand's operations for it. Benita Schmidt moderated the fireside chat and here are her three key learnings:

Product Updates

We’ve added new add-ons

We have introduced new add-on rules to help create a more personalized customer journey. Our new add-ons are for order tags, if an SKU is not included, and to exclude postal codes for the Canary Islands.

Here’s some inspiration on how to use these:

Order tag: if an order is tagged in your shop as “influencer”, you can add a particular SKU or flyer related to that particular campaign.

Included product is not: if your customer has added three different flavors of your new protein powder but hasn’t tried the chocolate one, add a tester sachet so they might be tempted to purchase it next time.

Canary Islands postcode: there’s a limit to how items per package can go to the Canary Islands, so filtering for these orders can make sure they all get there safely.

New integrations: Prestashop and Klaviyo

Klaviyo integration

Hive users can now level up email communication by using Hive triggers in their Klaviyo setup.

Prestashop integration

We are happy to announce that the most famous penguin in e-commerce can now be easily integrated with the Hive App.
