Welcome to the Happy Work-Life Project

How It All Began On That White Wooden Floor

We can't move on if we don't know where we are heading and what do we want to achieve. We all know this, and especially I should know it, as it is what I do with others.

When I started writing the Happy Work-Life Project it was quite impulsive and intuitive process that I just followed through, without thinking it too much.

The passion was bigger than critical thinking and it was a great start because quite often we wait for those right moments, feelings and signs, and then be never ready to go after and make our ideas real.

I have made some of the best decisions of my life in that way. Also some bad ones, I have to admit! But the risk of failure is always there, and my personal story tells all about that procrastination and doubts that held me back for too long. I wish I would have learned sooner.

I started writing and sharing my articles here in Linkedin, because I felt this is the right place, and because of you and the other 534 subscribers are here- and I'm so grateful for you being here!

But I felt it's not exactly providing the home for me to express my creativity and how I want to share and motivate others- and keep it all in the same place.

You know, sometimes when the idea and inspiration hits, I want to record an audio, do a little video or offer a proper training that could help you and others to grow, make the changes and maybe even solve problems you face in your personal or professional life.

I felt this place is a wonderful platform to share with my audience, but it didn't provide the home that I was looking for. So I was looking for another solution, which was not my website either (that will also go through some changes).

I'm still simplifying my whole life and work as much as I can and as a solo parent, coach, entrepreneur, daughter of aging parents, friend and multi-passionate my mantra is to ask "How can I make this easier for myself?" My time is the most precious asset to me, and I'm quite proud of myself that I have finally learned to say 'no' to many things- even it's not always that fun but I know it pays off.

The Happy Work-Life Project was my personal project that started 12 years ago, and I haven't really shared the story how it all started. I share this story in the new home of the this publication.

Here is my invitation for you to join the new home of this community

Subscribe it to your inbox and if you have liked my content in here on Linkedin, on my socials, newsletter or website, please share with your friends, colleagues or anyone who you think would benefit from it.

Warm regards,

Jenni

P.S. I have recently talked with too many people who say they are "struggling." A lot is going on for many people. Therefore tomorrow we will talk about hope, and how we can take the lead and create hope consciously.
