Welcome to Giles Davis

2020 is clearly the year of the Shutter Franchise!  

This month we welcome Giles Davis, owner of Shuttercraft Henley! 

Until 2002, Giles worked in London for Barclays in the corporate broking department and then Credit Suisse First Boston giving him a solid grounding and comprehensive training in relationship management. 

 After much soul searching, he came to the conclusion that after spending a number of years in a highly structured environment what he really desired was a degree of autonomy and a fresh start. 

Knowing his strengths in customer services he thoroughly enjoyed interacting with people and providing both solutions and an on-going friendly dialogue. I’m also big outdoors guy and after much research into the best products on the market started up a new lawn franchise in 2003. Over the years the business grew year on year on the foundations of a quality product and managing the requirements of our customer in a timely and friendly manner.  

 A few years ago Giles and his partner had S:CRAFT shutters installed in their house and loved them.

The seed was sowed and when we came across Shuttercraft and the emphasis that was placed at looking from the customer’s perspective, a first-class product, aligned with comprehensive training and support we were sold.
