Welcome to Geneva, welcome to 34AEC

New horizons - Innovating for dementia

We are thrilled to invite you to the 34th Alzheimer Europe Conference (34AEC), taking place in Geneva from 8 to 10 October 2024. This event is a collaboration between Alzheimer Europe, Alzheimer Schweiz Suisse Svizzera, and Alzheimer Genève.

This will be our second Alzheimer Europe Conference in Switzerland since our successful event in Lucerne in 1998. The conference theme is “New horizons – Innovating for dementia.”

Great networking oppurtunity 08-10 October 2024

These are exciting times for the European dementia movement, with progress in research on new treatments and diagnostics. We also see a stronger focus on making our societies more dementia-inclusive and ensuring the voices of people with dementia are included in care, policy, and research.

We hope 34AEC will provide a great networking opportunity, bringing together people living with dementia, their families, carers, supporters, volunteers, Alzheimer association staff, policy makers, health and social care professionals, researchers, academics, and industry representatives from all over Europe and beyond. Our conferences attract a diverse group of participants, and Geneva will continue this tradition.

Early Bird available until 15 July 2024
