It's May already, where is the year going?

It has been a busy start to the year for us. Lots of new and exciting projects coming up.

We have some exciting news to release next week for Gareth & Shane which has been the culmination of months of hard work.

Each week moving forward we will give you a small insight into what has been happening here each week.

Stop Putting Barriers in Your Way.?

We all have the ability to shape the end of the story.

I don't believe the excuses:

It's too late, I'm too old, I don't have the time, I can't do it.

We all have the same hours in the day, days in the week, weeks in the month. I have worked on a lot of these things over the last few years, and they don’t come easy, but here are two ways to help:

Think Micro actions.

Make small changes each day to avoid overwhelm.

James Clear who wrote atomic habits talks about the power of tiny gains and in summary : If you get 1% better each day for a year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.

So take some time out of your working day to reflect and ask yourself:

What can I do TODAY to make me a better person than I was YESTERDAY?

What can I do TOMORROW to continue this growth?

You can't go back and change how it all started, but you can start again today and shape how it ends.
