Firstly, we did a quick poll about?healthy eating habits in NI, and here's what?we found...?

• A healthy 16% of respondents are eating 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.
• 49% are making a conscious effort to consume 5-a-day several times a week.
• 14% are only achieving their 5-a-day once a week.
• 21% are enjoying their 5-a-day greens a bit less often.
