We've been around a while, but here's a quick recap of who we are! From masonry to framed construction, high to low rise, site-based to offsite, Benx offers a fa?ade solution.

For more than 20 years, Benx has been a leading innovator in the facades sector. We are constantly refining our portfolio of products, systems and services in line with our customers’ requirements. In recent years, this has meant an increased focus on supplying fully certified systems and supporting modern methods of construction.

We now offer certified fa?ade systems for most new build, retrofit and reclad project types, and, whether you are a cladding installer, a fully-fledged volumetric manufacturer or are simply seeking to reduce on-site content, we can help.

One Specification, One System, One Supplier

Tested and certified over 5 years, Safewall? is the only rainscreen system of its type with KIWA BDA Agrément certification. Offering versions with A1 and A2 fire classifications, it meets the requirements for Higher Risk Buildings and comes with a 15-year system guarantee, covering all components.

Safewall? is a fully integrated 'outer through-wall' rainscreen system from fa?ade specialist Benx. The Safewall?? offering includes everything from sheathing board to the decorative finish – all from a single, trusted source. Unlike traditional specifications with multiple components, Safewall? simplifies the design process with comprehensive documentation, including NBS H-92 specifications, and expert technical support.

CladWool Mineral Wool Insulation

We’re excited to launch our CladWool RS-M and RS-MV Mineral Wool Insulation, that’s also in stock in our branches across the UK. CladWool is a resin boned stone wool insulation. It is a highly breathable fa?ade mineral wool insulation with excellent fire, acoustic and thermal properties. Primarily used behind rainscreen cladding applications, it can also be used both internally or in ceiling applications too. It’s suitable for timber and LFS frame as well as masonry buildings.

Gateway Steps Explained

In response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the UK government enacted the Building Safety Act, to enhance safety standards for higher-risk buildings (HRBs). A key component of this legislation is the introduction of three Gateways, serving as critical checkpoints to ensure safety throughout a building’s lifecycle.
