Happy Customers

We always take pride in keeping our customers happy, so we were thrilled to be awarded for doing so as part of Front’s Game Changer Awards . So what is Front exactly? It’s a customer operations platform that some of our teams use, and for its first ever awards it wanted to recognise teams that have set a new bar for customer service. Front said: "100 customers were crowned winners across four categories based on their CSAT (customer satisfaction) scores, standout deflection workflows, and community engagement. These winners represent the best of the best from the more than 8,500 businesses that choose Front to power their customer service experience."?

Tower of Excellence??

Staying with the theme of awards, we've also been shortlisted for the Corporate Housing Providers Association's 2024 Tower of Excellence Awards. These awards recognise and commend success within the corporate housing industry, and AltoVita has been nominated for "Innovation of the Year" ! Winners will be announced at the CHPA Connect event in Tucson on February 8...

AltoTalks India

Work is still underway as we put the finishing touches to our next event: AltoTalks India. This takes place in Bengaluru on February 16.
