Team News
It’s time for another goodbye and congratulations to our lovely Lizzy MacNamara, who will be taking up an exciting grad scheme to move into a Commercial Associate role at S&P Global later this month, working in client services, data analytics and research across financial and energy markets.?? Lizzy originally joined our health team as an intern after her undergraduate studies in psychology, and we were very pleased to welcome her back into the Cynefin fold following her completion of an MSc in global health. ? During her time at Cynefin, Lizzy has done an excellent job of supporting many of our clients on their SenseMaker??journeys with her expertise on the methodology, combined with a very personable enthusiasm and warmth. Lizzy played a key role in building the health programme and has authored two fantastic blogs that you can check out below:?
We are grateful to you, Lizzy, and know that you will shine in your new role!
Dave Blogs: Patterns of Change & Conflict x 3

Looking Back at The Covid MassSense; Part 4: A New Hope
In 2023, we began a series of blogs sharing some of the findings and insights from our previous open climate change programme collection. The collection focused on the distributed assessment of the pandemic and its impact on life and the planet. After a hiatus, this post by Anna Panagiotou picks the thread up again and returns to a central theme in our theory and practice: hope.
