Welcome To The February 360

I am a digital entrepreneur and the founder of Digital360.mobi a digital agency with a difference. It turns out it is quite a big difference, so much so, it has become our USP!

In short, our team of digital experts becomes your team of digital experts. We don't live in a swanky office in town with an expensive coffee machine and a pool table, all our revenue is used to support the wonderful team that make up Digital360. We firmly believe investing in people over things produces the best possible outcomes every time.

This monthly communication is designed to give you a 360 on what we do by focussing on the amazing clients we work with.

It has been a really hectic start to 2022 with unprecedented demand for our services, which of course is a good thing but causes some internal challenges in terms of organising and allocating resources. Now don't get me wrong, it is a very good problem to have, and it has forced me to grow the team. But there is always the question about organic growth versus funded growth, we have a foot in both camps and the combination has served us well so far.

This month I want to focus on one of our longest-standing customers who have been with us for over six years now. Their story is a great example of grit and determination, coupled with a strong belief in what they do, and it's eventually paying off. I am referring to CGX Training and its Managing Director Dr Lia Hunter.

I was introduced to Lia in 2015, she had an idea for a clinical trial training company that provides high quality, practical training to individuals who wished to enter the clinical profession. CGX Training would also be a go-to for CRO's (corporate entities in the space) to provide their staff accredited training in the various roles such as CTA, CRA and CPM (clinical trial assistant, clinical research officer and clinical project manager) and other clinical trial professionals.

We started where we always start with, strategy and the brand based on their original business model. The immediate challenge that faced us was the fact I knew nothing about the clinical trial industry and Lia knew nothing about digital, so we both embarked on very steep learning curves.

I think it would be fair to say that it took time to define the brand and the strategy to a point where we were confident that we had optimised both sufficiently well to launch. Over the subsequent years, the website has gone through two iterations to get where it is now.

It has been widely praised by people both from within the industry and those outside of it, as being ahead of the game and a perfect example of what can be achieved when there is that close & trusted collaboration between the design company and the client. CGX Training now provides both face to face and fully interactive online courses to prospective students. All of which are CPD accredited.

The new design has been in place for 6 months now and we are already looking at a design update based on user data, usage data, analytics and feedback from students and CRO's who all use the site. This new version will be ready next month. We are also embarking on a social media and content management campaign, which will include blogs, interviews, film content and photography, we could not be more excited.

With the professional contribution of another of our partners, Morton Patterson who has been instrumental in the development of CGX's business strategy and the preparation of a bid for an extremely important piece of business that will prove pivotal to the ongoing development as an independent training provider and consultancy.

NEWSFLASH

CGX has literally just announced that they have managed to win by far their largest contract to date, which entails providing a whole team of trainers to provide in-house training to a large international CRO. This is the perfect validation of all the hours spent on building the brand, the website and the social media work.

Obviously, Dr Lia could not be happier with the outcome, and it shows that perseverance and belief on top of hard work and expertise will always get you there in the end.

We are very proud of Dr Lia and CGX Training and we are pleased to have been able to play our part in their continued success and growth.
