Achieving a breakthrough in work culture and matching is not an easy task, but employers have the opportunity to achieve it. Current methods of matching individuals are not sufficient and produce disappointing results. However, I have come up with a new practical approach to matching that I would like to test with employers. This approach focuses on matching skills and profiles from a basic practical principle, which will be further explained in the upcoming discussions.

As a former engineer at a leading technology company, it took years for me to partially recover from my limitations. During that time, I became aware of the long-term challenges in the social sector. This realization motivated me to do extensive research and discover numerous organizations in the Netherlands and abroad that share a strong commitment to tackling these problems with good intentions. However, I soon realized that the collaboration between these organizations is often difficult, despite our common goals. Nevertheless, I see this as a valuable opportunity for us to come together and make significant progress on social issues.
