Happy December!

What are you doing this time of the year? Many people are just ready to relax and enjoy their families...take a load off! And some of us are still grinding, working hard to finish our goals strong in 2023 and putting our plans in place for 2024.

No matter where your mind is and energies are this time of the year, there's no better time to reflect. Reflections spark gratitude for the blessings of the past and present while preparing for what's to come. I don't know about you, but 2023 has been a world wind of life and business rollercoaster rides. However, I am grateful for every twist and turn and each obstacle because all have been significant for my NOW!

One of the simple tools I created for reflection I share with my clients is called the C.A.R.E. Method. We use the C.A.R.E. Method to assess all areas of life and business including but not limited to; i.e. habits, behaviors, attitudes, systems, processes and the people in our lives. It's an acronym that represents:

C - Continue (What do you need to continue doing that's serving you well?)

A - Add (What do you need to add to do even better?)

R - Reposition (What do you do that could be more effective if done in a different position, place or time?)

E - Eliminate (What is not serving you, your life or business well?)

I would encourage you to take a moment and use the C.A.R.E. Method to assess your 2023. Your 2024 will thank you!!!
