Industry Standards
Our tutors are all highly qualified and have a wealth of experience in their respective fields, providing learners with valuable real-world examples that enhance the learning experience. By sharing industry-specific knowledge and insights, they contribute to the effectiveness of our programmes and help our learners succeed. CMS are proud to offer Continual Professional Development (CPD) to our employees, with many completing qualifications in teaching, as well as other CPD in their own sector-specific topics, to ensure they are up-to-date with pedagogy and industry developments.
Employer Support
At CMS Vocational Training, we understand the importance of ongoing employer support. That's why we provide our employers with a single point of contact throughout programme. Your center contact will perform an employer needs analysis with you to understand your training needs, assist with recruitment for new and existing staff, and have 90-day service reviews as a minimum, to ensure the service is meeting your needs and to assist with any organisational development training needs.
On programme, our tutors complete mandatory tripartite learning reviews every 10 weeks to gather feedback from both the learner and the employer. These reviews are vital to capture the impact that learning has had on the learner's development, and for identifying future training needs for both the employer and the apprentice.
Careers Guidance
We provide our learners with Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to support them throughout their journey with us and beyond. Our aim is to support learners to the next steps of their career, and we believe that this is essential for personal and professional growth. We provide unbiased careers advice that raises the apprentice's awareness of opportunities available within their own organisation and beyond, helping to motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Our commitment to providing ongoing support and guidance to our learners has resulted in high success rates, excellent employer feedback, and high learner satisfaction rates.
CMS has an overall apprenticeship success rate of 81% and a learner satisfaction rate of 96%, with 87% of learners saying they are extremely likely/likely to recommend CMS Vocational Training to friends or family. We are also graded 'Excellent' by 108 providers on the 'Find an Apprenticeship Training Provider (FATP) Employer Feedback' and hold an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) Inspection rating.
