This month, we are coming to you from somewhere in Asia Pacific - it's a little "Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?" as we travel to India, Singapore, and across Australia before the Christmas break to meet with our newly expanded team, customers, partners and ServiceNow. The reason for all this, of course, is the exciting news that CloudGo has been acquired by RGP - read the press release here.

RGP’s digital transformation business is led by Veracity, a ServiceNow Elite partner with people-first design expertise. Veracity’s existing ServiceNow business in Asia Pacific will combine with CloudGo, meaning we instantly will have over 100 employees and be the platform for Veracity's digital business in APAC.

CloudGo will rebrand to Veracity over time.

This is a great transaction not only for our combined teams, but also for our customers who have been demanding more capability and capacity, and for ServiceNow who are growing fast and need partners to scale with them.

Our broader range of people, process and technology capability, as well as geographic reach, make us an obvious choice for customers to consider.
