Welcome to Bluestar Products. We are specialists in returnable packaging solutions with over 20 years of experience in the manufacture of stillages and work for a variety of customers in a multitude of industries. Our facility and offices are based in the UK, conveniently located just off the A50 in Stoke-on-Trent. Our welders and fitters are well experienced in the manufacturing industry, and we have a fantastic CAD team with creative ideas for custom designs.

Stillages are a great way to store your goods and save some space. The idea of a stillage is to hold goods safely and securely, so they don’t get damaged during storage and transport. They can also be stacked to save more space on the shop floor OR include wheels so you can move around the shop floor with ease. We have a wide range of excellent and simple designs on our online shop, but we also provide custom stillages to suit your needs, just let us know what you want with a quote. We also provide a custom dunnage system that is made in our very own facility, this is used as a soft cushion to avoid damage to parts.

We also supply excellent quality plastic containers. If you need something different, we supply the best quality plastic containers which vary in size from small to large. Our plastic containers are stackable and collapsible if needed to save more space on the shop floor, they can also come with lids if required. They are also light weight so that moving them around isn’t too much of a hassle. As material handling specialists we also offer bespoke textile inserts to protect more valuable parts.
