Hello! Nice to see you again. In a new year, with a new website and new logo, we thought this was a good moment to re-introduce ourselves to you all.

You probably know the basics - Kind Consultancy is a specialist recruitment firm, focussing on Governance, Risk and Compliance positions across Financial Services. You might even know the back story – that we started the business coming from first-hand experience of work within Banking because we knew there was a better way for FS recruitment to operate. We now pride ourselves on a truly collaborative approach, taking the time to build up a detailed understanding of our clients long-term business plans as well as their immediate resource needs, forging long-term working partnerships with both our candidates and the organisations we supply them to.

All of which remains true! But maybe you know us for Compliance recruitment work, but you didn’t know we now have a dedicated Change & Transformation specialist. Maybe you know us for providing contract Complaints teams to your bank, but you didn’t know that we have an equally strong track record of executive search projects to find MLROs, Heads Of and Executives for FinTech start-ups.

We’ve been continually growing ever since we began the business back in 2012, but these last twelve months have been particularly explosive. This was the inspiration for our new website and rebrand, deploying a visual identity that we feel better matches the level we’re now operating at. From our base in Lichfield, we’re working with organisations of all sizes across the full spectrum of Financial Services businesses, from building societies to global banks. We’ve continued to grow our Kind Agile Solutions bench of pre-screened, best-in-the-business contract talent, and to encourage knowledge-sharing and thought-leadership with our roundtable events.
