She also holds several certifications, e.g. in brain-based coaching at the Neuroleadership Institute or Hogan testing.

Prior to her consulting career, she was an international scholar and university professor in HR management, business and social psychology for over a decade, spoke at a number of international conferences. Her insights have been published in scientific journals, further cementing her reputation as a thought leader in her field. Her linguistic prowess is impressive; she is fluent in Czech and proficient in English, Italian, Polish, and Slovak, partially proficient in German and Spanish enabling her to connect with a diverse array of individuals. Her versatility is further underscored by her role as a management team member at NATO Air Base, Italy.

Beyond her remarkable career, Adriana also harbors a deep love for Italy & Mediterranean countries including the Middle East.
