Letter From the Founders
In the fall of 2018, Bryan Wish had a crazy idea: What if he could create an end-to-end service line to help today’s brightest minds share their expertise with the world?
Almost a year later, he met Carson Morell, a finance student whose ambition and values matched his own. Dinner turned into an internship, into a job, into a partnership. Since then, we’ve laid the foundation of a brand that aligned with Bryan’s vision. Today, we’ve served nearly 100 clients with an incredible team of 18 (and counting!).
In February 2021, two things became abundantly clear: (1) We were unique in our industry, helping leaders hone and share their message authentically with full-service support, and (2) Our message and positioning in the market were completely missing the mark.
So, we asked, How do we evolve our brand without compromising our ethos and vision?
The process was grueling, but we arrived at an exciting place. What began as a one-man consultancy and evolved to a path-finding agency—BW Missions—has leveled up.
Last week, we launched Arcbound, a venture to help thought leaders build and run powerful personal brands.
We are so grateful to the teammates, advisors, and partners on our journey, and are indebted to our past, current, and future clients for trusting us with their messages and growing with us.
