Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK Programme
Small businesses are the beating heart of the UK economy. They invest in future talent, export the best of UK innovation and are the backbone of their local communities. 10,000 Small Businesses UK equips entrepreneurs from all sectors with skills and networks to take their businesses to the next level.
This fully funded programme brings together leaders of small businesses from across industry sectors and creates unique networking and peer learning opportunities.
For those small business leaders selected to participate, the core of the programme is a high quality, practically-focused business and management education, delivered over 100 hours through a blend of online and in-person residential sessions. The curriculum has been designed specifically for this programme by world-class international and national experts in entrepreneurial learning.

Oxford StemTech From Start-Up to Expansion at Heyford Park Innovation Centre
We are thrilled that Oxford StemTech, a start-up based at Heyford Park Innovation Centre are graduating to larger premises due to recent growth and business success.?The journey of Oxford StemTech began with the vision of its founders, Zameel Cader, Galbha Duggal and Satyan Chintawar, who embarked on their entrepreneurial venture in September 2020 at Heyford Park Innovation Centre.
UK-Germany Bilateral: Collaborative R&D Competition
The aim of this competition is to enhance UK and German collaborations and capabilities in the emerging fields of technology in our society. This is to develop and deliver new innovations and applications of the technologies across a broad range of sectors.
New ‘Skills Bootcamps’ Launched Through Funding Secured by OxLEP
OxLEP Skills are inviting responses to a new opportunity relating to the delivery of the new ‘Skills Bootcamps’ programme, which aims to support residents in the county to acquire new skills and – in turn – a pathway to employment. The Skills Bootcamps programme – part of the Department for Education’s ‘Skills for Life’ activity – is being led in Oxfordshire by OxLEP Skills and is set to open to residents this summer.
Witney Business & Innovation Centre?Raising 50 Easter Eggs for Local Witney Food Bank
The Witney Business and Innovation Centre‘s community recently collected around 50 Easter eggs to donate to the Witney and West Oxfordshire Food Bank, which is part of a nationwide network of food banks supported by The Trussell Trust. This generous donation will provide families in need with the chance to celebrate Easter together, even during these tough economic times.
