We recently chatted with Paul Wilkey , our business coach for Brainiact Golden Grove, to learn more about him.
Why did you decide to join Brainiact?
After a long career in senior management, I found I enjoyed mentoring young managers and impacting business performance. Brainact gave me the platform and structure to pursue this with some great, like-minded people and assist many small to medium businesses.
What do you like most about your job?
Working with passionate business owners that want to progress and build great businesses. I’ve seen many businesses enter the market for sale with minimal to no exit planning applied. I am passionate about changing that. I want to help business owners maximise their equity when the time comes to sell the business, while also maximising their profit while they still own it.

Strategic, passionate, and logical.

As a child, what was your dream job?
An AFL footballer.
Where would we find you when you’re not working?
Spending time with family, riding motorbikes, watching my kids’ sports, watching footy, and socialising with friends.
What is your dream travel destination?
Riding a motorbike around Europe.
What is one thing you cannot live without?
My family (including my motorbikes).
What three things would you bring to a desert island?
A boat, my family, and food.
What is something you are looking forward to this year?
Our family holiday to Airlie Beach in May.
