Welcome!

Welcome!

Hi friends!

As fall is in full swing, I'm excited to share what's been unfolding in recent weeks. This time of year prompts us to reflect on our harvests, and as the season gradually slows down, we're encouraged to appreciate the abundance we've cultivated. In a world with so much happening, I've come to recognize the significance of grounding ourselves in gratitude and cherishing our loved ones.

Carole Robbin & I

I had the incredible privilege of attending a weekend-long Interpersonal Dynamics workshop in Santa Cruz, CA?with the esteemed Dr. Carole Robin, and it was truly a transformative experience. Dr. Robin's remarkable career spanning over 35 years in leadership development and her role as the Faculty Director of the Interpersonal Dynamics for High-Performance Executives Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) immediately set the stage for an enriching and enlightening learning journey.

Dr. Robin's expertise in the field of interpersonal relations is nothing short of extraordinary. Her extensive contributions to the GSB, including receiving the MBA Distinguished Teaching Award for her outstanding work in courses like Interpersonal Dynamics, showcase her dedication to helping individuals unlock their full potential. It's no surprise that Interpersonal Dynamics is the most popular elective course at the GSB for over 45 years, given her unwavering commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.

Throughout the workshop, I witnessed Dr. Robin's deep passion for fostering personal and professional growth among the participants, creating an environment where honest conversations can take place and transform. Her ability to guide us through experiential small group learning was truly exceptional, equipping us with the skills to become more effective leaders, cultivate high-performing organizations, and nurture richer, more fulfilling relationships.

Furthermore, we're thrilled to announce my inaugural Life Master Live course, and you'll find all the exciting details below. Also, don't miss my recent podcast appearance, and be sure to experience the profound Loving Kindness meditation guided by the incredible Tara Brach.?

With integrity and intention,

Amy
